Embroidery Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience in the textile industry. 

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Embroidery Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and intricate embroidery designs that meet our clients' specifications and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and unique embroidery designs that align with client requirements and design trends.
• Collaborate with the design team and clients to understand project objectives and deliver high-quality designs.
• Use digital design software and traditional techniques to create embroidery patterns and motifs.
• Select appropriate materials, colors, and techniques for each design project.
• Ensure designs are technically feasible for production and provide necessary instructions to production teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
• Maintain accurate records of design specifications, materials, and production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and marketing, to ensure design alignment with business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers and interns, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience as an Embroidery Designer in the textile industry.
• Proficiency in digital design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Wilcom EmbroideryStudio, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of embroidery techniques, materials, and production processes.
• Creative flair and a passion for textile design and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in design execution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
