Mid-Level position for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (Female Candidate) at Miracle Group Of Companies - Jaipur. Full-Time role located in Jaipur with 501-1000 employees. Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Proficient in office administration and time management
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent email writing and communication abilities
• Experience in Executive calendar management
• Ability to make travel arrangements efficiently and effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director
• Manage Executive calendar and schedule meetings
• Arrange travel logistics and accommodations for the Executive
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency in the office
• Maintain office supplies and equipment in optimal condition
