Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in CRM or customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized mindset to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Printing & Packaging industry is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to foster customer retention and growth.
• Manage and update customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure CRM initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on utilizing CRM tools and systems effectively.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track CRM performance and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with IT department to troubleshoot and resolve CRM system issues or bugs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM to continuously improve processes and strategies.
