ole Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Account Executive (Fresher) to join our accounting team at Unit 2. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in accounting within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting Tasks:

• Manage and record daily financial transactions.
• Assist in creating invoices, purchase orders, and payment entries.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in data entry and bookkeeping.

1. Banking & Reconciliation:

• Handle routine banking activities such as deposits and withdrawals.
• Conduct bank reconciliations regularly.

1. Statutory Compliance & Documentation:

• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

1. Inventory & Cost Management Support:

• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock and cost records.
• Verify material inflow/outflow for proper financial reporting.

1. Reporting & Coordination:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
• Work closely with senior accounts personnel to support audits and budget analysis.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Other Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities.
