Key Responsibilities:

Experience : 03-10 yrs

HR Operations:

• Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and payroll management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Odoo HR Management:

• Manage and maintain the Odoo HR module for effective process automation.
• Customize and configure Odoo features to align with organizational HR needs, including recruitment, timesheets, appraisals, and leaves.
• Generate detailed reports and analytics using Odoo to inform HR strategies.

Recruitment and Talent Management:

• Utilize Odoo recruitment tools to manage job postings, candidate tracking, and onboarding workflows.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in the IT sector.

Employee Development:

• Monitor and enhance employee performance management processes using Odoo tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs.

System Integration and Troubleshooting:

• Work with the IT team to integrate Odoo HR with other company systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Odoo HR platform to ensure seamless functionality.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:

• Proven experience in HR roles within IT or tech companies.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo HR modules.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
• Proficiency in generating HR reports and using analytics for decision-making.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
