Role & Responsibilities:-

  • Met the Requirement with Manager or Superior.
  • Cold Calling & Prepare MIS.
  • Identify the the Requirement of Manpower inside the Company & Full fill in the Given TAT.
  • Well versed Experienced into Recruitment & Understand the Recruitment Life Cycle.
  • Sourcing the Potential Candidates from various Job Portals, Social media & personal Reference.
  • Screening, Shot listing, Taking interview on call & Scheduling the Interview accordingly Calendar.
  • Taking care all End to End Recruitment Activities inside as an HR Recruiter & Talent Acquisition.


  • Any Graduate & Equivalent.
  • Experienced 1-3 Years & good Communication Skills.
  • Location-Faridabad.
