Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Personal Assistant to support our Director in managing daily administrative tasks efficiently. This full-time, remote position is open to candidates based in Hyderabad or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. You will play a critical role in organizing schedules, coordinating travel, and handling confidential tasks.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to assist in handling document preparation, presentations, and reports.
  • Experience with Google Workspace including Google Calendar to efficiently manage meetings and appointments.
  • Strong calendar management skills ensuring an organized schedule of meetings and timely updates.
  • Ability to coordinate travel logistics efficiently including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Experience in expense reporting to assist with budget tracking and financial record keeping.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interpersonal interaction and email correspondence.
  • Strong time management skills ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality concerning sensitive information and delicate tasks.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, ensuring all needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage and coordinate the Director's schedule, balancing meetings with necessary travel time and appointments.
  • Arrange and coordinate logistics for meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting materials.
  • Handle travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation for business trips.
  • Assist in preparing expense reports and tracking financial documentation for budget oversight.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed for meetings or presentations, ensuring accuracy and detail.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional correspondence.
  • Address inquiries and provide information to clients and team members efficiently and professionally.
