  • Experience in meeting scheduling, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and logistics are arranged seamlessly.
  • Competence in providing personal care services, such as managing errands and ensuring the executive's personal needs are met adeptly.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to address any challenges or unexpected situations that arise in the course of duties.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, handling several responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Manage and optimize the CEO's calendar, prioritizing appointments and ensuring efficient time management.
  • Coordinate all aspects of travel, including itinerary preparation, logistics, and accommodation arrangements.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and facilitating communication among participants.
  • Assist with personal tasks as required, maintaining a balance between professional and personal responsibilities.
  • Conduct research and provide analytical support to assist the CEO in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity at all times.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and other stakeholders, acting as a reliable point of contact.
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO, ensuring the execution of duties is seamless and efficient.
  • Travelling compulsory by car or flight to the other states or country
