Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive customer-focused individual to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call out to merchants who have already signed up with our services, assist them in completing their application process, and provide ongoing support to ensure they have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call existing customers who have signed up and guide them through the application process to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process, providing support and answering queries.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and continued use of company services.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets based on signed-up customers and application completion rates.
  • Work closely with the internal teams (e.g., sales, technical) to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team about customer challenges and suggestions for process improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and provide solutions effectively.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer service orientation.
  • Previous experience in customer support, relationship management, or sales is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be flexible to adjust shift timings based on business requirements.
  • Must be comfortable with a target-based environment.

Shift Timing:

  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • 6 days a week working (week off may vary)
