ü Develop and implement HR Policies in consultation and guidance with Executive Borad

ü Managing complete recruitment life-cycle within set timelines.

ü Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process through Job Portals, Mailers, professional sites, networking.

ü Screening Resume, Interviewing Candidates, Selection, Verification Process, Reference Checks etc.

ü Employee References Check

ü Employee joining process 

ü Offer letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter and Appraisal Letter.

ü Employee orientation and training

ü Relieving and FNF settlement process of employees

ü Manage employee grievances and queries

ü Payroll activities including attendance, Leave management, payroll inputs etc.

ü Manage processes like Statutory compliance, Performance management, Rewards recognition, Insurance and any other HR Process as defined from time to time.

ü Lead the process of performance appraisal system.
