ü Launch of New products / brands in three different therapeutic segments

ü Develop marketing strategy for launching brands with complete details of marketing mix (Brand Plan)

ü Effective communication strategy for greater brand visibility having clear product positioning

ü Develop scientifically relevant, customer orientated collateral and campaign for respective brands

ü Timely delivery of promotional inputs to bran ambassadors with well-defined promotional calendar

ü Plan and organize CME programs and Camps in association with medical team

ü Should be able to develop a good relationship with all stakeholders for effective operation management (Regulatory, medical, purchase, production, design and finance)

ü 14 to 18 days of mandatory field work to gather market insights, mentor sales team in effective in-clinic communication.

ü Mentor a team of 2 to 3 assistant product mangers / executives
