Job description For Team Lead – Talent Acquisition

·      Location: Pollachi.

·      Experience: 6-8 Years.

·      Salary: 7 LPA

·      Notice Period: 30 days.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·      Planning, defining, and strategizing the hiring needs along with the stakeholders

·      Searching for candidates who meet the requirements

·      Publishing job advertisements

·      Managing recruitment channels (e.g. internet, social networks, executive search, Job sites, etc.)

·      Screening CVs and calling candidates for interview

·      Conducting selection interviews

·      Presenting candidate short lists to Hiring Manager(s)

·      Conducting hiring procedures

·      Monitoring recruitment KPI

·      Developing recruiting and talent acquisition strategies Drive and enhance various recruitment programs for our Domestic & International operations

·      Building and maintaining the database of Professionals.

·      Ensure TAT is achieved as per timelines and joining of the candidate within the stipulated time frame

·      Handling a team

Desired Candidate Profile:

·     6+ years of recruitment experience in end to end hiring. Preferably from IT/ Automotive/Manufacturing

·     Exposure to work on applicant tracking systems (ATS).

·     Understand KPIs and strive to meet and exceed Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Goals.

·     Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.

·     Experience in sourcing using various channels, like Job sites, Social Media Networks,Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Github, Stackover flow and employee referrals etc.

·     Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers

·     Working knowledge of various social media recruiting and should be aware of current market trends.

·     Strong negotiation skills

·     Good candidate management

·     Male candidates are preferred.

·     Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·     Good leadership skills and time management.

·     Good knowledge of MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
