Industry : BPO / KPO (Non Voice International Process)

Experience : 8 - 10 Years.

Salary : 5.5 LPA - 7 LPA

Notice Period : 1 month

Skill Set:

1. Manage the day to day planning and problem solving of team members to meet with the required service level components.

2. Delegating tasks to team members.

3. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

4. People management including all HR related issues as well as employees development.

5. Operations management : Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.

6. Should possess excellent communication skills and willing to work in rotational shifts.

7. Experience in handling US based clients and experience in US Insurance is preferred.
