Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the smooth execution of projects, from initial client contact to delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently growing revenue and market share.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales materials to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecast and reports to the management team.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing structure.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand your network and promote our brand.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Experience in end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
