● Database and API Design: Collaborate with backend teams to optimize database schemas and API integrations.

● Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.

● Project Ownership: Break down complex projects into manageable tasks and ensure their timely execution.

● Performance Optimization: Enhance frontend performance with efficient rendering and caching techniques.

Qualifications:

● Expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks.

● Deep knowledge of design patterns, debugging, and scalable system architecture.

● Proven experience in database design and REST API integration.

● Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
