We hiring Pharmacist Customer Support Executive for Mumbai Location.

Working Location- Powai- Mumbai

Education- B Pharma & D Pharma Pass out candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to clients.

Pitch for substitute medicines to the customers. 

Compensation Details:

· Fixed CTC: ₹26,000 (₹22200 in-hand after PF deduction).

· Joining Bonus: ₹5,000, to be credited in the nearest payroll cycle.

· Incentives: Performance-based. (up to 60k per month)

Shift Timings:

· 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

· 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (with an additional ₹1,500 allowance per month for this shift). 

Note: Shift will be rotational for males as per the requirements, and for females, there will be a fixed shift timing of 8am to 5pm.

 OJT Period: 7 days. (Post training clearance, the candidates will get the payment of the 7 days along with the 1st month salary.)
