- DESIGNATION – ASST. SALES MANAGER
Ø Responsible for Corporate sales segment in Mumbai on a PAN India basis.
Ø Manage relationships with customers across Management Levels.
Ø Research & explore new areas from where sales can be generated for the hotel.
Ø Research competitors sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and increase market share for all Pan India hotels.
Ø Develop and implement strategies to increase sale, retain business and generate business.
Ø Analyse and report on regular customer activity, business trends, and areas of concern.
Ø Will be responsible for generating the business leads for the company via Cold calls, reference calls, sharing presentation to the corporates and responsible for sales conversion (Corporates/ FIT/MICE/Group movements)
Ø Attending to all appointments & Giving appropriate product presentations & converting them into.
Ø Ensure smooth function of queries in coordination with Operations & contracting team.
Ø Visit potential customers for new business
Ø Provide immediate quotations to Customers on enquiry
Ø Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
Ø Gather market and company information before extending credit to new company.
Ø To ensure payment follow up is done on a regular basis
Ø Represent your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
Ø Identify new markets and business opportunities
Ø Review your own sales performance
