About the Role:

As a Command Center Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the operational performance of our electric two-wheeler fleet in real time. You will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle uptime, addressing technical issues remotely, and coordinating with field teams for on-ground support. Your role will require strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Real-time Monitoring: Track the health, location, and performance of the EV bikes through a centralized dashboard.
• Incident Management: Identify faults, breakdowns, and anomalies in vehicle performance; initiate troubleshooting or escalate as needed.
• Remote Diagnostics: Utilize telematics data to diagnose and resolve vehicle-related issues remotely.
• Coordination: Work closely with field technicians, service teams, and customer support to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data trends to predict potential failures, optimize fleet efficiency, and provide periodic reports to management.
• Customer Support Liaison: Assist in resolving customer complaints related to vehicle functionality and performance.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current monitoring and response protocols; suggest and implement improvements.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines through active monitoring and alerts.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• Freshers can apply, 1-3 years of experience in command center operations, fleet management may be preferred (EV industry experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of IoT, telematics systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) is an advantage.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
