One of our client a leading Indian company that manufactures SPC flooring. Pioneering the flooring market with gilt-edge machinery used for production, our team of experts passionately designs and crafts unique floor designs. The flooring solutions promise to inspire and fulfill the imagination of architects and consumers by offering a wide range of flooring designs in various sizes.

The client is an affiliate of National Plastic Industries Ltd – a large manufacturer and exporter of plastic furniture. Our products are available across 36 countries globally. Under the client's brand, the company has gained good recognition in the flooring space, with the increasing demand for new SPC flooring which offers durability & aesthetics. Located in India, It has started manufacturing the next generation of flooring products using ultra-modern, advanced & state-of-the-art technologies.

We are looking out for Mgr/Sr Mgr( Business development) for our client office in Andher(East) Mumbai PFB the details

1) Client = Leading Flooring and Ceramic company

2) Role- Manager/ Sr Mgr *-BD b(Project and institutional sales)

3) Location- Andheri(East)-Mumbai

4) Experience - 9-12 Years in  Business development (project and institutional )in building material or similar industry 

Job Description:

Execution of Promotional Activities, create brand awareness campaigns

Contact potential clients to establish relationship and arrange meetings

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Find and develop new markets and improving sales.

Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Design growth strategy, focus on financial gain & customer satisfaction

Have a good understanding of target market and customers, acquire projects

Develop entry level sales team to create market awareness about our products

Keep updated on latest development & competitors in the industry

Execution of Promotional Activities, create brand awareness campaigns

Create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective Managed Services opportunities by establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers

Provide timely feedback to the Director, Business Development regarding performance, sales activity reports and account strategy concerns

Prepare region wise sales dashboard & review sales target (Pan V/S Actual) MIS on weekly basis, share MIS reports to Management accordingly

Identify & develop in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their organizational influencers, their decision making process.

Develop B2B & B2C sales at domestic market

Prepare monthly / quarterly / annually sales forecast reports and design plan to achieve the same.

Increase the value of current customers and simultaneously attracting new ones.

Develop quotes and proposals for clients.

Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support

Build long term relationships with new and existing customers

Strong co-ordination with factory production team to achieve delivery commitments

Achieve defined Sales Targets, support team for revenue generation

Proactively identifies areas of opportunity to increase sales team efficiency

• Qualifications and skills-
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years in marketing, sales and promotion in simlar industry

• Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
