Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to spearhead the design strategy for our digital products, ensuring they are both visually captivating and user-centric. As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the design process, collaborating closely with diverse teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user-centric design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a track record of crafting impactful design solutions that resonate with users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive user research to uncover insights that inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and polished mockups that effectively convey design concepts and interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to seamlessly integrate design solutions.
• Refine designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes to continuously enhance the user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to elevate design processes and results.

Requirements:

• Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid grasp of front-end technologies and responsive design principles.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate and advocate for design decisions with stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset coupled with a dedication to delivering outstanding user experiences.

Experience: 1- 2 years of relevant experience preferred
