Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Meet Finance Pvt Ltd. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Knowledge of financial services and products
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets
• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure Meet Finance Pvt Ltd remains competitive
• Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
