Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Packing Supervisor at the executive level for our facility located in Malur. This is a full-time position where you will oversee packing operations, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will play a critical role in maintaining our standards of excellence and leading a dedicated team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day packing operations ensuring timely and accurate execution of orders.

• Develop and enforce SOPs to enhance productivity and quality in packing procedures.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient distribution and on-time delivery of products.
• Conduct regular training sessions to ensure team adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to packing efficiency and output.
• Identify and solve problems within the packing processes to improve overall operation efficiency.
