Job Overview


We are seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Mediversal Academy. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, driving sales, and meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in junior sales roles.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in direct sales, inside sales, or telemarketing
  • Strong ability to generate and qualify leads
  • Ability to effectively deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Experience in sales target management and meeting sales quotas
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or medical education industry is a plus
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and prospect potential customers through telemarketing and other lead generation methods
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle, including lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and actively participate in professional development activities
