We are looking for qualified and compassionate home care nurses to provide 24x7 medical care and assistance to patients at their homes in Bangalore. The nurse will either stay at the Patient's home (live-in) or visit as per schedule to offer professional healthcare services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Medical & Nursing Care

✅ Monitor vital signs (BP, oxygen levels, heart rate, temperature, etc.).

✅ Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and nebulization.

✅ Provide wound care, post-surgical dressing, catheter care, and feeding tube management.

✅ Assist in pain management and handle chronic disease care (diabetes, hypertension, stroke, cancer, paralysis, etc.).

✅ Support in physiotherapy, mobility exercises, and post-operative recovery.

✅ Handle emergency first aid and coordinate with doctors/hospitals if needed.

2. Personal Care & Hygiene Support

✅ Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

✅ Help with bedridden patient care, including positioning and preventing bedsores.

✅ Provide nutritional guidance and meal support as per medical requirements.

3. Emotional & Family Support

✅ Offer companionship and mental well-being support.

✅ Communicate with family members about patient health updates.

✅ Maintain a clean and safe environment for the patient.

4. Home Nursing & Medical Equipment Handling

✅ Manage oxygen therapy, ventilators, nebulizers, and monitoring devices.

✅ Keep records of medical history, reports, and doctor’s instructions.

Job Requirements:

✔ Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / ANM or equivalent certification.

✔ Experience: 1+ years in home nursing, elderly care, or ICU care preferred.

✔ Skills: Patient care, first aid, hygiene maintenance, and emergency handling.

✔ Availability: Willing to stay with the patient (live-in) OR work in scheduled shifts.

✔ Language: Basic English & local languages (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu preferred).
