Qualifications and Skills

• Must possess skills in surgical assistance (Mandatory skill) to efficiently support complex ocular procedures.
• Proficiency in clinical ophthalmology to diagnose and manage a variety of eye conditions and disorders effectively.
• Strong competency in patient assessment to determine the appropriate medical and surgical needs of patients.
• Expertise with slit lamp examination to accurately identify ocular abnormalities and provide precise diagnoses.
• Adept at refraction to prescribe appropriate lenses for correcting vision impairments.
• Experience in ocular imaging to support the identification and monitoring of ocular diseases.
• Proficiency in patient education to communicate treatment plans and preventative care effectively.
