Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at Medico Hub in Kadi on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of experience in providing critical care nursing. This essential role involves close patient monitoring, collaborating with medical teams, and administering advanced care within a critical care unit setting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Critical Care Nursing (Mandatory skill), demonstrating proficiency in delivering specialized care to critically ill patients with acute, life-threatening conditions.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification, showcasing capability to respond to cardiac emergencies and implement advanced intervention techniques.
• Proficient in Ventilator Management to ensure appropriate respiratory support and therapy is provided to patients with compromised breathing.
• Experience in Hemodynamic Monitoring for assessing cardiovascular system dynamics to guide patient treatment plans.
• Ability to operate Intra-aortic Balloon Pump equipment which assists in stabilizing patients with severe heart conditions.
• Familiarity with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy for managing patients with acute kidney failure requiring dialysis intervention.
• Skilled in Electronic Health Records Management to ensure accurate and timely medical documentation and patient data management.
• Proficiency in IV Medication Administration to safely deliver prescribed medications directly into patient bloodstream.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality critical care to patients in a dynamic and challenging intensive care unit environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical progress, making adjustments to treatment as necessary.
