Qualifications and Skills

• must possess a certificate or diploma in ANM or GNM from a recognized institution.

• proficient in monitoring vital signs ensuring timely and precise reporting and response (Mandatory skill).
• ability to administer medications safely and document thoroughly following prescribed healthcare protocols.

• certification in basic life support (BLS) and ability to respond promptly in emergency situations.
• strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
