Job Description –
· Motivate, Counsel, and deliver daily theory Classes at Different Hotel Delhi /NCR locations of the IHG group. Reliably commute to the different locations of Delhi /NCR location to deliver the course.
· Continuously focus on the student’s development and needs when required to coupe up with real Hospitality Industry operation requirements.
· Programs to focus on a variety of topics, including product knowledge, customer service, and supervisory skills.
· Conduct training needs assessments, design and develop training programs and facilitate the delivery of programs.
Qualification: - Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM.
Annual Package – 5 LAC - 7 LAC (Per Annum)
Education & Experience
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
· Minimum 3-5 yrs. of Experience working in Training is required.
(Faculty required to deliver Theory of Hotel Management Food Production and Room Division)
Location:- Delhi NCR (Local candidates are preferred)
