Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This mid-level, full-time position requires 4 to 6 years of experience in project management within the solar sector. The candidate will play a vital role in overseeing project execution, ensuring the successful delivery of solar EPC projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in project management, especially within the solar or renewable energy sector (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated ability to manage EPC projects from inception to completion (Mandatory skill).
• Comprehensive understanding of solar panel technology and applications (Mandatory skill).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to address challenges effectively and creatively.
• Experience in solar project execution, ensuring compliance with all technical and client specifications.
• Proficiency in site supervision and coordinating on-site logistics and activities.
• Solid knowledge of electronics and their application in solar energy systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to perform under pressure

• Two vehicles and licence are mandatory.
• Ahmedabad local candidates preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the planning, execution, and closure of solar EPC projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements throughout project phases.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and manage site-specific challenges and opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to teams, ensuring optimal resource utilization and risk management strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to track progress and performance indicators.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions.
• Project Executive will be responsible for maintain material dispatched sheet and also update in MIS.
