• Sourcing and Candidate Engagement using various sourcing channels
• Talent Mapping & Headhunting to support talent requirements of the Business
• Reviewing resumes & conducting interviews to ensure thorough candidate assessments as per role requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers/business leaders to ensure smooth execution of the job requisition in line with the TA Process
• Ensure 100% adherence to Mondelez Global TA Processes

Job Specific Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree preferred (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates. US Hiring experience would be an added advantage.
• Mandatory experience in Bulk hiring/ volume hiring
• Years of experience ranging from 3 years to 8 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands on experience in multiple stakeholder management
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM and MS Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Creative Problem-Solving skills

Work Shift begins between 7PM and 8PM. WFH offered on fixed days.
