Design HVAC systems (ductwork, chilled water piping, ventilation) according to project requirements, local codes, and international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.).

Develop firefighting system designs including sprinkler layouts, hydrant networks, and fire pump rooms in line with NFPA standards.

Prepare detailed design drawings, schematics, calculations, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and other design tools.

Conduct heat load calculations, pressure drop calculations, and equipment selection (AHUs, FCUs, pumps, chillers, etc.).

Coordinate MEP designs (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) for seamless integration with architectural and structural plans.

Review and validate shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to HVAC and firefighting systems.

Assist with value engineering and provide technical input during the tender and bidding stages.

Ensure designs meet energy efficiency, sustainability, and fire safety standards.

Attend client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits as needed to support project delivery.
