Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior CA Intermediate for our office located in Mumbai Suburban, Mulund. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong capabilities in financial management and compliance to support our organization’s financial health.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must demonstrate proficiency in financial accounting, ensuring compliance and accurate recording of all financial transactions (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional understanding of taxation laws to navigate and manage tax-related matters effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Comprehensive knowledge in corporate laws to ensure adherence to statutory regulations and corporate governance (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in auditing techniques to conduct thorough audits and ensure accuracy within financial statements.
• Proficiency in cost accounting principles to evaluate cost efficiency and optimizing financial performance.
• Strong capabilities in preparing financial reports and ensuring transparency and accuracy of information.
• Experienced in MIS reporting to analyze business data and support decision-making processes.
• Advanced skills in Excel for performing complex financial analysis and creating detailed financial models.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the financial accounting process, maintaining compliance with standard accounting practices.
• Candidate should coordinate with Bank for BG, for Laon, for letter draft etc
• Prepare Invoice, PO etc
• Supervise the preparation and filing of tax documents, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with taxation authorities.
• Develop and maintain an effective internal control environment for compliance with corporate laws.
• Conduct audits to assess the accuracy of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Analyze cost structures and provide strategic insights for financial planning and cost management.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Utilize MIS reporting techniques to collect, consolidate, and interpret business performance data.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and quantitative financial analysis tasks.
