Job Overview

We are seeking an Accountant to manage financial transactions, including fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgets. Responsibilities include auditing financial documents, reconciling bank statements, and calculating tax payments and returns. Success in this role requires previous bookkeeping experience and a keen eye for numerical errors. You will provide accurate financial insights into the company's position, liquidity, and cash flows, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Zoho Software
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A self-starter able to plan, organize, and independently meet objectives and deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and enter invoices, bills, checks, and follow up on payments from vendors
• Prepare and check GST & TDS sheets
• Conduct thorough audits of financial documents
• Accurately record transactions and reconcile accounts
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports
• Perform cost and general ledger analysis
• Conduct tax audits and ensure compliance
• Manage budgets and cash flows
• Review contracts and process payments
• Investigate financial discrepancies
• Manage payroll functions
• Create and implement new accounting systems
• Advise management on financial strategy
• Guide investments, mergers, and acquisitions
• Oversee month, quarter, and year-end closing processes
