Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Site Civil Engineer to join our team in Raipur. This full-time role requires a work experience of 1 to 3 years in the construction field. The successful candidate will contribute to our projects by managing on-site operations and ensuring the timely completion of construction activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD, as it is a mandatory skill for preparing and reviewing structural layouts.
• Demonstrable experience in project management to efficiently oversee site activities (mandatory skill).
• Competency in construction scheduling is mandatory to ensure timely project milestones.
• Solid understanding and practical experience in surveying techniques to accurately assess site conditions.
• Experience in manpower handling to effectively manage and allocate workforce on-site.
• Skill in daily reporting, ensuring all site activities and progress are documented systematically.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications relevant to construction projects.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with contractors, architects, and stakeholders.
