Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team at MBPS Construction & Design. This is a full-time, mid-level position located in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of experience in the construction industry. This role requires hands-on experience in site engineering activities, ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, enabling precise drafting and design of construction plans (Mandatory skill).
• Strong structural analysis capabilities, ensuring the stability and resilience of building designs (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in budgeting and cost analysis, to optimize project costs and enhance financial efficiency (Mandatory skill).
• Proficient in utilizing Project Management Software to plan, execute, and close projects effectively.
• Advanced skills in Revit for BIM, facilitating enhanced project visualization and collaboration.
• Experience with Primavera P6, employed in managing timelines and resources on complex projects.
• Comprehensive construction site safety management skills, ensuring a secure working environment.
• Thorough understanding of building codes and regulations to maintain compliance with legal standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to review project plans and blueprints for feasibility.
• Conduct structural analyses and provide accurate solutions to complex engineering issues.
• Prepare, monitor, and update project budgets, ensuring cost-effective work strategies are implemented.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to draft and validate technical drawings and specifications.
• Implement project management methodologies to deliver construction phases on time and within scope.
• Manage the coordination between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless workflow.
