Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer to join our team at MBPS Constructions. As a Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our construction projects meet the highest quality standards. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, and it is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and quality standards
• Excellent documentation skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
• Technical knowledge of construction materials and processes
• Certifications in quality management systems (ISO 9001) are a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and perform tests to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
• Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential quality issues
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and provide recommendations for improvement
• Perform audits of construction sites to ensure adherence to quality control procedures
• Document and communicate all quality-related issues and non-conformities
• Track and monitor the resolution of quality issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance and quality control
