Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7 to 10 years of experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
• Strong knowledge of CRM modules, specifically Field Service
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM functionalities using tools like Power Apps
• Experience in integrating CRM with other systems
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
• Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions based on client needs
• Provide expertise in CRM modules, including Field Service
• Customize and extend CRM functionalities using tools such as Power Apps
