Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Source, screen, and interview IT candidates to assess their skills and fit for various roles.

👥 Lead and motivate a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them reach their full potential.

💼 Drive the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.

📊 Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes.

🤝 Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.

Requirements:

💻 Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter with a focus on IT recruitment.

🤝 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

💪 Proven experience in client-facing roles & IT recruitment minimum of 4 to 5 years, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.

🌟 Natural leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their goals.

🚀 Energetic and driven, with a passion for making an impact and driving success.

🎯 Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.

🔎 Deep understanding of IT roles and technologies, including but not limited to software development, cybersecurity, data science, and IT infrastructure.

📌 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
