Job Description: Freelance Trainer for 6-Month Technical Training Program

Position: Freelance Technical Trainer

Duration: 6 Months

Experience: 6 to 9 Years

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelance trainer to deliver a comprehensive 6-month technical training program. The program includes various modules such as Functional Testing, Java Programming, Web UI Development, Selenium Automation, and Digital Technologies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in these areas and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Stage 1: Functional Testing
• Deliver video-based and hands-on sessions on Agile Fundamentals, Testing Fundamentals (STLC), and provide in-person/virtual instructor-led training (ILT) for doubt clarification.
• Stage 1: Java Programming
• Conduct video-based and hands-on sessions on Java Basic Programming, Object-Oriented Concepts, and Collections Framework.
• Facilitate ILT sessions for doubt clarification.
• Stage 1: Web UI, DataSource
• Teach HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL through video-based and hands-on training.
• Provide ILT sessions for doubt clarification.
• Stage 1: Additional Responsibilities
• Conduct Business Mentor Connect sessions during Weeks 2 & 4.
• Administer Qualifier Mock exams and BH Training (weekly 4 hours).
• Stage 2: Selenium Automation
• Lead video-based and hands-on sessions covering:
• Automation Concepts, Selenium Configuration, WebDriver Basics.
• Selenium Automation Techniques, Dynamic XPath.
• Selenium WebDriver with POM and ApachePOI.
• Automation Testing using Selenium with TestNG.
• Provide ILT for doubt clarification and mentor mini-projects/best practice real-time technical hands-on projects.
• Conduct Business Mentor Connect and Project Mentor Connect sessions.
• Stage 2: Digital Technologies
• Teach Webservices using Postman and SOAPUI, BDD and Cucumber, and DevOps.
• Conduct hands-on training and mentor hackathon projects.
• Stage 2: Additional Responsibilities
• Oversee Interim and Final Project Evaluations.
• Conduct Final Technical Evaluations and BH Training (weekly 4 hours).

Requirements:

• 6 to 9 years of experience in software development, automation testing, and related fields.
• Proven experience in training and mentoring in the specified modules.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Selenium, Web UI technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), SQL, and Webservices.
• Familiarity with BDD, Cucumber, DevOps practices, and Gen AI fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions in both video-based and hands-on formats.
• Experience with project mentoring and providing constructive feedback.
