Job Overview

May I Help You is looking for a highly skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our team. As an MEP Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems of our projects. This is a mid-level position with a required experience of 4 to 6 years. The job is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and the employment type is Full-Time.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
• Proven experience as an MEP Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for MEP systems
• Conduct site surveys to assess project requirements
• Manage and coordinate with external suppliers and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of MEP systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve MEP system issues
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams
• Prepare project cost estimates and budgets
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of MEP projects within budget constraints
