Position Summary

 Key Areas of Responsibilities:

 Direct, Indirect tax & Transfer Pricing.

Financial Reporting: Financial reporting and in-depth analysis . The candidate will be required to work closely with the management with respect to various operating financials, cost calculations, MIS, budgets and inputs from a commercial point of view.

Internal Aduit

Banking Negotiation: Must have proven experience in managing banking relations and negotiations with various banks and financial institutions.

Understanding of legal & company secretory requirement.

Reporting Finance Head

The Company requires a strong and seasoned professional with experience in Advance Excel /WFX Software.

Qualification CA Mandatory +(CS would be added advantage )

Excellent knowledge of Corporate Finance Law.
