Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Reporting:
  • Gather, analyze, and report on data from digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and social media analytics to monitor campaign performance and generate reports.
  • Performance Analysis:
  • Evaluate and interpret digital marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
  • SEO & SEM Analysis:
  • Monitor and report on the performance of SEO and SEM strategies.
  • Perform keyword research, analyze backlink profiles, and assess organic search rankings.
  • Campaign Optimization:
  • Work with the digital marketing team to test, analyze, and optimize online campaigns across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Assist with A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns, and provide insights into which variations perform best.
  • Market Research & Trends:
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, benchmarks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Collaboration & Recommendations:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven strategies and campaign recommendations.
  • Provide clear, concise reports and presentations for management and stakeholders to guide decision-making.
  • Data Visualization:
  • Create visually engaging dashboards and reports to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Budget Tracking & Forecasting:
  • Assist in budget tracking and forecasting for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that campaigns stay within budget while optimizing performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Digital Marketing Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
  • Strong experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or other data analysis tools for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights in a clear, concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
