Job Description:
- Post Job ads on Job Sites and Social Media.
- Source the candidates using Job Portals like Naukri, Times Jobs, LinkedIn etc.,
- Screening, filtering & short listing resumes according to Client specifications.
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc...
- Maintaining tracker on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Follow up the selected candidates till they join to the particular requirement of the clients.
- End to End Recruitment Process.
- Responsible for tracking the offered Candidates until Joins the Organization.
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates.
- Coordinate with Team Lead.
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Job Requirement:
- Good and smart candidates who are a good learner, and with excellent communication.
- Strong in using leading job portals- Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn.
- Result oriented and ability to build a strong professional relationship.
- Should have good convincing and negotiable skills.
- Coordinating with team to get the work done within timelines.
- Strong team player and proactive.
