Currently we are hiring as Head of Exports.

Job Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

1. Responsible for APAC / Middle East and African region to Export the Biscuits / Chocolate / Confectionary Products.

2. Manage a portfolio of potential customers, initiate appointments, analyze needs, set up demos and propose solutions.

3. Developing new products in overseas market. International Trade, Business Development, Marketing Strategies, International Sales & Supply Chain. Maintaining relation with Customer & with Vendors.

4. Acting as a main point of contact for Key Customers & Suppliers, with the goal to develop strong business relationships, create mutual trust, and resolve any conflicts to avoid shipment holds or other business interruption.

5. Communicate with Freight forwarders, Export promotional councils, Customs and liaising agents to manage the shipping activities.

6.Sell product offerings and achieve targets of booking, revenue, collection while ensuring profitability. Develop aligned strategy for each key customer and defining and achieving value-add for customer/supplier.

7.Undertake overseas trip for market study, check buyers potentials and increase sales, Visit/Participate in Exhibitions , trade fairs for the company promotions and buyers meet.

8.Forecasting, budgeting and costing for Export products. Identify new products, packaging for potential growth of the company.

9.Reporting on International market opportunities, competition, market gaps, market challenges, operating costs etc to the director.
