Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our

team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of

our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and Seller

Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations and

excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and Equivalent
• Knowledge of Canva, Seller Support and Product Listing.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging graphics including posts, infographics, and banners.
• Update product listings with accurate information and images.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls, manage non-delivery reports for efficient resolution, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
