REQUIREMENT: District development Manager
JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Train other members of the Sales Team to identify, contact, and create qualified opportunities
• Ensure the sales members improve performance and abilities over time by providing coaching and feedback in recurring weekly meetings.
• Plan for hiring and onboarding new members in the sales team who shall be coordinated to work together in a particular district and achieve sales target’s.
• Work closely with Sales, Senior Managers/Director, to identify areas of improvement for the Sales Teams
• Work in collaboration with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing to develop effective messaging to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline
• Create sales pitches and demonstrate how the products and services operate to their team, as well as potential clients.
• Help team members reach out to existing clients and set up new accounts.
• Accurately forecasts weekly, monthly, quarterly attainment
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi, (Bengali, preferable)
• Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service for a technical product – leadership experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in sales operations and/or marketing automation software preferred.
• Possesses leadership qualities for motivating the sales force
• Excellent communication skills to cater to client’s needs and inform team members how to deliver the expectations from them.
• Knowledge of basic computer and mathematics and MS Excel to prepare reports as required.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:
Pursuing graduation degrees
Proven 1 -2 years of relatable work experience will be appreciated
