Hindi and Telugu are optional. <h2>Should have the knowledge of computer and also should be aware of handling Excel and Google sheets Duties &amp; Responsibilities</h2> <ul><li>Counsellors are generally office based but occasionally will need to travel to local schools and</li><li>colleges for conducting workshops and seminars</li><li>Counsellors can sometimes be expected to network and socialise with a range of stakeholders</li><li>and customers to build and maintain relationships</li><li>A formal dress code, cheerful attitude and maintaining a congenial working environment are strict</li><li>requirements.</li><li>Occasionally travel to other locations (branches) may be required for 2-3 days for the training/</li><li>workshop/ exhibitions; depending on the assignment, the role may demand domestic travel to</li><li>schools in India.</li></ul><h2>Tasks</h2><ul><li>Offer students information </li><li>information on our programs and courses, fee structure, admission requirements and other</li><li>information.</li><li>Conduct detailed profile assessment of students studying and</li><li>accordingly assist in shortlisting design universities and colleges that fits their profile.</li><li>Advise students on career choices available and universities that offer relevant programs.</li><li>Network with a range of stakeholders including schools, colleges, universities and training</li><li>centres.</li><li>Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationship.</li><li>Effective follow-up with prospective students.</li><li>Mentor students through resolving queries and other issues.</li><li>Responsible for maintaining and updating registers and student database at branch level.</li><li>Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.</li><li>Support the operations manager and other colleagues.</li></ul>
