• At least 20 years of experience, out of which at least 10 years shall be in Irrigation/ Water resources development/ Hydropower with Dams/ Tunnels/ Canals/ Powerhouse as major project component preferably in India
• He/ She should have experience in leading and coordinating the activities of multi-disciplinary teams of experts in such projects.
• Should have experience of project management consultancy as Deputy Team Leader/ Team Leader in at least in 1 similar project of Rs. 500 crore or more.
• Should be permanent employee since at least one year with the bidding entity
