Job Description
- Maintain continuous communication with leads via phone, email, chat, and social media throughout both the pre-sales and post-sales processes.
- Keep a detailed record of all interactions with leads and provide regular feedback to the Student Experience Manager to optimize lead conversion rates.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with students, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
- Effectively manage and meet sales targets.
What We Are Looking For:
- Immediate joiner with experience as an Admission Counselor in an EdTech company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English.
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to understand and effectively communicate MMA offerings to prospective students, and close applications successfully.
- A friendly, approachable, and vibrant personality with the ability to engage with students in a positive manner.
- Strong patience and empathy when handling diverse situations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, intellectual honesty, and a strong work ethic. Sharp analytical skills and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
- Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Consistent effort, commitment, perseverance, and a willingness to go above and beyond when necessary.
Additional Information:
- Week Off will be either Saturday OR SUNDAY
- Job Type: Full-time
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in Education Sales Counseling.
