Location: Mumbai and Suburbs

Eligibility: Any Graduate (12+3) Or Diploma (10+3)

Minimum experience 1 years as Laptop Engineer

JD : 

Providing Laptop/Desktop technical support

Strong experience in troubleshoot of hardware and software related problems of assets.

Performs - Installations, maintenance, repairs on customer equipment Desktop Laptop, PC, peripherals, scanners printers etc.Part replacement knowledge.

Working on site, understanding customer issues and timely and accurate troubleshooting of technical problems to achieve performance and functionality.

Deploy OS via SCCM , Image via Ghost, etc.., Configuration, troubleshooting of OS ( Windows7/8/10 & Red hat Linux),

Productivity tools like MS office, AV tools, VIP User / Senior Manager - Customer handling,

Updation / Closer of Ticket in Ticketing Tool, Operating from Customer place (Onsite any where in India). Good Communication with Professional behavior.

Skills: NTFS, FAT, MAC, Static IP, Dynamic IP, Basic Disc, Dynamic Disc, SMTP, POP, POP3, IMAP, SMPS, MS Outlook, Outlook Express, Printer Configuration, Mail configuration, Router, Switch, Back up and formatting Desktops and Laptops steps.
